of the Ticket, Tour, and Souvenir Purchase Service
Welcome to Museo Cas Kahlo. By purchasing tickets, booking tours, buying souvenirs, or accessing our facilities through the Casa Kahlo platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Tufridu, A.C.
The Casa Kahlo platforms include the official website, mobile apps (iOS and Android), digital kiosks, telephone purchases via the visitor service number, and the ticket office located at the facilities.
- User registration
To purchase services or products, users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from their parents or guardians. They are required to provide accurate and complete information. It is also recommended that users log out after completing their purchases to safeguard their accounts. The Museum is not responsible for any misuse of user accounts by third parties.
- Ticket Policy (Museum Admission)
2.1. Validity and Non-Refundability: Tickets are only valid for the specified date and time. All tickets and reservations are final; no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be granted to the visitor.
2.2. Presentation: You must present your ticket on your mobile device, either through a digital wallet or email, at the entrance gates. Official identification may be required to qualify for discounts (available for students, teachers, and seniors). For online purchases, you might need to show your bank card or a digital image of it on your mobile device to confirm payment.
2.3. Admission Time: Please arrive at the designated time. Admission may be denied for significantly late arrivals, especially during peak hours, and entry is subject to museum capacity.
- Guided Tours
Guided tours depend on the schedule and the availability of guides. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you are delayed, the Museum may reassign your spot without any obligation to provide a refund.
- Purchase of Souvenirs and Products
4.1. Availability and Prices: Purchases are limited to stock availability. Prices are expressed in National Currency (NC) and include VAT. You may select product variations (size, color, special edition) if they are available on the platform.
4.2. Delivery and Returns: Products will be delivered exclusively on the selected day and to the selected museum location. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted, except in the event that the purchased product is unavailable at the time of delivery.
4.3. Advance Online Purchases: The user will receive a QR code or barcode to redeem at the museum’s official store, where staff will validate it before delivery.
- Access and Behavior (Museum Rules)
Admission to the Museum requires adherence to conservation rules. It is strictly prohibited to touch the artworks or objects on display, run, consume food or beverages inside the exhibition halls, or smoke.
Additionally, bringing in items that could jeopardize the safety of the artworks, equipment, visitors, or staff is not allowed.
Photography with flash is prohibited. The use of tripods, monopods and professional equipment requires prior permission.
The Museum reserves the right to refuse admission or remove from the site any person whose behaviour is considered offensive, disruptive or a threat to the public or the collections, without any obligation to provide a refund.
- Modifications, Prices and Promotions
The museum reserves the right to modify visiting hours, ticket prices and temporarily shut down areas of the museum without prior notice for maintenance or security reasons. Prices may vary depending on the type of tour, ticket or product. Promotions, such as ‘Museum Nights’, will only be communicated through official channels and are subject to availability.
- General Conditions and Legislation
Tickets and souvenirs purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Mexican law, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Mexico City.
- Billing and Contact Information
